Without any requirement for payment of upfront costs, owners of these properties are able to borrow to install energy efficiency measures and have that investment paid for via the reduction in their energy bills that the measures produce.

npower has kept its promise to help the SME sector by awarding the Green Deal Consortia a funding agreement to deliver ECO funded schemes across the UK. Sealing the agreement was Trevor Yeoman of npower, Rt Hon Gregory Barker MP and Phyllis Prior-Boardman, Green Deal Consortia.

Green Deal Consortia to launch in Scotland!

In celebration Green Deal Consortia Scotland is welcoming the Minister of State for Climate Change The Rt Hon Gregory Barker MP and Sir William Haughey OBE Executive Chairman of City Refrigeration Holdings to officially launch our organisation on Wednesday 26th June in Glasgow. This marks the start of Green Deal Consortia Scotland’s delivery of specialist advice, guidance and consultancy on all aspects of the Green Deal and Energy Companies Obligation across the country.
